GSV19 Special Episode-WGAN-TV | Pilot Era 360 Camera Skips Computer to Publish to Google Street View
Pisoftech’s Jeffrey Martin at the 2019 Google Street View Summit in London.

Hi All,
"[In Pilot Era camera] Street View mode, all you do is press record. And after you're done recording, you can upload the files directly from the camera via Wi-Fi, Ethernet cable, or with a SIM card directly to Google Maps," said Pisoftech’s Jeffrey Martin at the 2019 Google Street View Summit in an interview with WGAN-TV.
"And you can get your "blue lines" published really quickly, without the files ever needing to touch your computer or anything else."
Pilot Era was released in May 2019 via the Indiegogo platform.

Hi, I'm Jeffrey. I'm here at the Google Street View Summit to show the Pilot Era camera.
This camera has been designed specifically with [Google] Street View in mind. It's one of the best, easiest cameras for shooting virtual tours in Street View.
It runs Android, and it has a touch screen. And you can record 8K photos, 8K videos, and seven frames per second Google Street View.
This is in Street View mode, all you do is press record. And after you're done recording, you can upload the files directly from the camera via Wi-Fi, Ethernet cable, or with a SIM card directly to Google Maps.
And you can get your "blue lines" published really quickly, without the files ever needing to touch your computer or anything else.
So it's a really nice, easy camera.
