Using Video to Get Real Estate Agents as Clients; plus, camera gear for video shoot and post -- @GlennTremain writes: All the equipment a real estate agent would have to buy, then the $$$$ spent on training, etc. Its something you need to bring up. It IS a value that no one talks about and if you don't then the negotiation goes to price between providers.This is no different than when you go and buy a car. You just want their best price but they show you the features and things that the other car doesn't have. If you bring your equipment let them see it and touch it and talk about what each does. That adds value that shows you have craftsmanship and not just a button pusher. Great closing tool as part of your presentation is you ask me. Thanks @GeorgeK
